Food was good, the staff wasn't very friendly.

Friendly staff and good food, nothing special but good nonetheless. I ate here a couple times while in Ontario for business. It's a nice break from your typical fast food; think of it as Subway but with pitas. I had the gyro one day and steak and cheese another; both pretty good. Not only is it decent food but they're ridiculously fast. There was a line one day and I was still in and out in five minutes. I'd definitely visit again!

The most delicious pita I have ever tasted.

This is the second store I've visited, having first encountered Pita Pit in Fort Erie. This is a great place to get a very satisfying lunch, and if you're on the road, even a good dinner. All sorts of options, many vegetarian and vegan. We don't have these in the States. You Canadians have all the good things!

Ordered from there last night. The order was for a souvlaki pita with extra meat and cheese + bacon and alfalfa. When it arrived, I opened the pita up as it felt a little skinny. There were 12 tiny pieces (less than 1 cm cube) of meat + loads of alfalfa and a bit of cheese. They charged me $11 for THAT! Obviously I didnt allow them to get away with it so my husband called and demanded they deliver a new Pita with the order we wanted. They did so and it was acceptable enough, I guess. Definitely will never eat there again!

I order ahead. It's ready when I get there. My favourite.... veggie pita. It's satisfying but is not excessively filling.

This is a great Pita Pit franchise. It is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh. They have gluten free bread which is surprisingly good. The More Loyalty reward program is awesome.

If you wish to get the best tasting pita go to this place...these guys are awesome ...and their freshfruit smoothies are a must try...loved it totally.

Always fresh and lots and lots of topping choices and fast friendly service!! You wont be disappointed coming here :)

Best fast food around! If your a health fanatic, body builder or you just like natural good quality food then pita is the no 1. Aside from the food itself being very healthy and high in protein, you can also now get fruit smoothies with added protein.I work as a house mover and getting a decent protein intake each day is absolutely crucial to avoiding fatigue and injury.The only downside is that you can expect to pay twice what you would at McDonald's or KFC, but... you get what you pay for and it's well worth the extra.

Kinda expensive, pretty tasty, not too healthy

Above & beyond. After a first time curbside error online ordering left my visa overcharge. I had to make a few phone calls to head office to rectify. My request got lost in the shuffle however, in the end they credited my account much to my surprise! The credit was very generous & very much appreciated. Thanks for making it right Pita Pit, we will be back!

Asked for a Chicken Caesar "As is, NO EXTRAS, NO Onions"Was Given a chicken Caesar with Mushrooms and Green Peppers....Usually you guys are pretty good... but this literally ruined my lunch. Mushrooms make me sick.

The service is really great at this location. The pitas are excellent. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. You can't go wrong for a quick lunch here.

friendly staff, good service. store is clean. produce looked very fresh. price is a little steep compared to other pita joints. pita was good, i even forgot to add dressing and associate went over and beyond and even re-wrapped a new pita for me. location is close to the highway which was nice as we were on route so it was easy enough to find, grab a bite and get back on highway.

I had the chicken shawarma wrap and it was pretty good. It was huge and a decent price. I would eat from here again but not a chicken shawarma as there are better from Middle Eastern restaurants around.

The owners of this location also own the Pita Pit on upperjames and on gray’s. Great location all the employees have amazing customer service, the store always has a clean and friendly environment. The staff cater to your every need.The owners have the best stores in all of hamilton.

Staff are great and know there stuff

Great pitas made quickly and service is always with a smile. The goes out of her way to greet you and makes sure everything is ok.

I come to this location all the time. It’s a really nice, never had any issues with any staff. They never mind adding extra veggies, always kind. I always get the same thing and it always taste great. It’s really clean and nice place to go out for lunch.

Good prices good food

Pitas are always delicious and ingredients Are always fresh. The only problem with this location is thst my pitas are almost never wrapped properly. Every time i get a pita the taste is 11/10 but it falls apart due to poor wrapping.

This is a busy lunch time spot. The food is always fresh and delicious. I'm amazed at the staff on the on, the lady at the bar was flying through orders and never once looked stressed or was short with the customers. The young man on the grill was killing it and keeping up with her. Literally took me maybe 5 mins in a full line almost to the door. Amazing.

I go here often for lunch as they are quick and reliable. Even with a long line up it tends to move very fast. They are not stingy with toppings and I've seen gyros so full that I am impressed that they got them closed and toasted. Would recommend although pita pit is a tad expensive for a wrap shop.

This location always has very fresh toppings which is important when it's your main offering.. my only complaint is not only this location, but all Pita Pit locations I've been to: they appear to have a bad supplier for black olives, because several times now I've gotten bits of hard pit..... Almost like they're imitating their name lol but seriously they gotta get that checked out, I've noticed it several times the last few years.
